Information you provide
When you use the contact form, the site stores the name, email address, inquiry details, and message you submit. It may also retain a shortened browser description and the referring website domain to help diagnose delivery problems and spam. Contact messages are kept until they are manually deleted from the protected Studio area.
Payment-card and payment-account details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
First-party analytics
The site records page visits and selected interactions such as opening artwork, selecting an inquiry link, or clicking a purchase link. This system is operated on the same server and does not load third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking scripts.
Internet addresses are converted into one-way keyed hashes for traffic measurement and rate limiting; the raw address is not written to the analytics database. Browser information, page paths, referring domains, and a randomly generated first-party session identifier may also be stored.
Cookies and retention
The analytics cookie is named sda_session. It is a secure, HTTP-only, same-site cookie that expires after 30 days. A temporary contact-form session cookie may also be used for form security and expires when the browser session ends.
Detailed analytics records are retained for 13 months. Older human pageview data is summarized into monthly totals that may be retained indefinitely. Obvious automated traffic is marked separately and excluded from normal Studio reporting.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, understand which pages are useful, and troubleshoot technical problems. It is not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, to prevent abuse, or to service providers needed to operate email, hosting, or payment functions. Those providers receive only the information necessary for their role.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask about information associated with a contact message or request its deletion, use the contact form. Because analytics identifiers are pseudonymous and are not connected to a name or account, an individual analytics record may not be identifiable as belonging to a particular visitor.
